I don’t know about everybody else, but I’m not too wild about the idea of shopping for my gift list on Thanksgiving weekend. For me it is about spending quality time with my family. If your kids love animals consider a Thanksgiving weekend trip to the Animal Ark.
Thanksgiving Weekend at the Animal Ark
Did you know that Arctic Wolves’ insulated fur helps them survive in subzero temperatures? Animal Ark has a lot of wild animals that are very active during the cooler temperatures in late fall. Maybe you will meet the beautiful Arctic Wolf, Rayna. She came to the Animal Ark as a pup, now look at her!
Maybe you would like to meet LG the bear. He came to the Animal Ark after being found near Mt. Rose abandoned and all alone. He is very healthy and full of spunk now.
As excited as I am to see all the amazing animals, I know our kids will be even more. What a great way to make memories this Thanksgiving weekend. To learn more about the Animal Ark, visit their website AnimalArk.org.
