10 Free Boy Romper Patterns including easy rompers made from tee shirts, polo rompers, how to make baby boy rompers and other easy baby boy sewing patterns.

Rompers look adorable on any baby or toddler. They are the perfect outfit for these busy little ones because they are generally easy to put on and take off and you don’t have to worry about losing a piece for an outfit. When people think of rompers, they often don’t consider that boys wear them and so it is sort of harder to find free romper patterns for your bouncing baby boy, but they are out there and I rounded up some of the very cutest ones to make for your little man! Here are 10 free boy romper patterns.

10 Free Boy Romper Patterns

The Simply Summer Romper from If Only They Would Nap is a perfect one to make in a hurry. Make several because this pattern is super easy!

This CrissCross Romper from The Ribbon Retreat is perfect because it even includes a sweet little hat to add to the look. It is for newborn to size 2T!

Make a sweet new romper for your son out of a man’s shirt with this tutorial from The Sewing Rabbit. What great way to use a shirt he doesn’t want any more!

Melly Sews has a cute Baby Boy Romper Pattern that is for sizes NB to 3T. I just love how this one looks so classic.

Want a dapper look for your little guy? Try making this Button Up Romper from Peek-a-boo Pages. I love the mustache fabric she uses on this one!

I love a good upcycle and this 2T Romper from a T-Shirt from Once Upon a Sewing Machine is perfect! Use one of dad’s favorite Tees (with his permission of course!) to create this adorable outfit.

These Lani Overalls are for both boys and girls and they are super cute. I love the way they look kind of vintage.

Love polo style rompers? This “Knock it Off” Polo Romper from Peek-a-Boo Designs is a great one to make.

This Unisex Bubble Romper from Sleeping is for Sissies would look super cute on your baby boy with its’ anchor pattern. What a classic look for boys!

I love this Summertime Romper from Pick Up Some Creativity. What a sweet design with a little “pocket”.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
