10 Kid Friendly Muffin Recipes - If you are looking for some quick and easy breakfast and snack recipes for your kids check out these tasty muffin recipes!

Muffins are one of my absolute favorite things to bake. For someone like me who is not really what I would consider a very good baker, muffins seen to really impress me and restore my faith in the fact that maybe I can bake some things. It’s probably because they are what is considered quick breads and I don’t have a whole lot of patience so that works out well for me. I enjoy making muffins of all kinds, but some of the muffins I make maybe are more suited for adult taste buds. The great thing about muffins is they are so versatile and you can make some really fun ones for the kids (or kids at heart) in your home very easily. Here are 10 kid friendly muffin recipes to get you started.

Try these awesome Monkey Bread Muffins from Growing Up Gabel for a new twist on an old favorite that kids are sure to love.

Annie’s Eats has a really delicious looking Orange Muffin that is sure to perk up any kid’s morning.

Sneak in some veggies with these Gluten-Free Chocolate Zucchini Muffins from Real Food RN. They won’t even know zucchini is in there!

Another great recipe from Growing Up Gabel is these Spiced Carrot Muffins. This is another awesome way to add some veggies to your child’s muffins.

Rebecca from Simple As That shows you how to make these Applesauce Muffins with your kids. What a great way to spend an afternoon with your little one!

Most kids like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches so they are sure to be pleased with these PB & J Muffins from Mostly Homemade.

I love these “Breakfast Cupcakes” by Green Lite Bites which are basically chocolate muffins with some snuck-in prunes, Wheat flour and bananas. There’s even sprinkles on these ones!

These Cinnamon Yogurt Streusel Muffins from Thrifty Jinxy are super moist looking. What kid couldn’t resist them? I think they would taste great with some fruit in them as well.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
