Here’s proof that you don’t need pizza dough (or any of the familiar savory ingredients for that matter) to make great pizza. This Cantaloupe Fruit Pizza is the perfect summer pizza pie without a carb overload. It is made a little healthier by using cantaloupe, cream cheese, agave nectar, sliced strawberries, and sugared blueberries.
This one makes for light summer dessert perfect for family barbecues or a sweet and whimsical treat for the kids. And if eating cantaloupe isn’t your thing, you can swap it out for dew melon or watermelon and use whatever you’d like for the fruit toppings. So pile on what’s ripe, juicy, and in season for a refreshingly delicious take on pizza. If you have ever eaten pizza for breakfast then you are going to love this!
