These Dairy Free Peaches and Cream Popsicles are a twist on a traditional flavor without the dairy. Coconut milk provides that smooth creamy balance to a couple of sun ripened peaches and honey is used to add just enough sweetness. Once you prepare the ingredients let your freezer do the rest!
Diary Free Peaches and Cream Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 peaches, peeled and diced
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 14 oz. can unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Combine the peaches and coconut milk in a small saucepan.
2. Heat on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally throughout.
3. Add the honey and stir until it has completely dissolved into the mixture.
4. Remove the mixture from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
7. Freeze overnight before removing popsicles from molds.
Makes about 3 cups.
