Heart-Shaped Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package of 8 count cinnamon rolls
- Pink gel paste icing coloring
- Wilton Valentine Nonpareils Mix
Supplies Needed:
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Small sandwich baggy
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the cinnamon rolls and discard the packaging.
- Gently unroll each cinnamon roll one at a time and start rolling both sides of the cinnamon roll up to form a heart shape and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 13-15 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- While the cinnamon rolls are cooling, open the container of icing and squeeze into a small bowl.
- Add 1 drop of pink food coloring and stir.
- Scoop the pink icing into the sandwich baggy.
- Use the kitchen scissors to snip one corner and gently squeeze the icing from the bag and onto the cinnamon rolls going in a back and forth motion.
- Repeat with all the cinnamon rolls.
- Sprinkle the nonpareils over the cinnamon rolls.
