Pumpkin Pie Spice Hot Cocoa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (How to Make Pumpkin Puree)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (How to Make Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix)
Directions:
- Add milk to a medium saucepan. Warm the milk over a medium heat. Do not let the milk come to a boil.
- Whisk the pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, sugar, pumpkin pie spice into the milk. Whisk until smooth. Continue cooking for 2 minutes while not letting the hot chocolate come to a boil.
