Keep skin supple and stretch mark free by rubbing a few drops of coconut oil onto your belly and sides.

    What kind of coconut oil to you use? All coconut oil I’ve seen come in a jar, has to be melted for use, and is both odorless and tasteless.

      I have purchased several coconut oils. Only one came without smell or Taste (refined) . the others that have smell and taste are Unrefined. I didn’t think a coconut was a nut, kind of like a peanut is not a nut.

        I don’t really know abut coconuts’ relationship to other tree nuts, but peanuts aren’t nuts because they are legumes — related more to peas & beans than to walnuts & almonds.

    If your baby has tree nut allergies that haven’t been diagnosed yet, rubbing coconut oil on your baby could send the child to the emergency room.
