How to Make Pumpkin Puree
First, cut your pumpkin in half and scrape out the seeds.
Place your pumpkin halves cut side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Remove the skin from the pumpkin and puree it using a blender, food processor, or immersion blender.
If you are planning on baking with the puree, place it in a cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess liquid before freezing it.
