5 Hummus Recipes including Traditional Hummus Recipe, Red Pepper Hummus Recipe, Black Bean Hummus Recipe, Italian Hummus Recipe, and Jalapeno Hummus Recipe.

I love hosting parties. With Football Season in full swing, I am pulling out all the gear and cheering on my favorite team.  I do hate the added pounds I gain from these parties, so this year I am incorporating 5 Easy Hummus Recipes into my standard game night fair.  I can eat hummus with pretzels, vegetables, crackers or tortillas and avoid the gooey cheese dips and hot wings that tend to be the star of the show.  Check out my favorite 5 Hummus Recipes including a Traditional Hummus Recipe, a Red Pepper Hummus Recipe, a Black Bean Hummus Recipe, an Italian Hummus Recipe, and a Jalapeno Hummus Recipe. Each of these hummus recipe will be a hit at your next Monday Night Football party.

In love with the Italian hummus! 100% going into my rotation. I have an inkling that with the slightest of tweaks for texture it would be wonderful as a rosé Alfredo-style sauce over pasta. I’m addicted.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
