Triple Chocolate Fat Bombs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package 8-ounce cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup butter or 1 stick of butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 cup of Swerve Sugar
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of Mini Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup of Mini Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips (melted down)
- Candy Molds (here is one similar to the one we used)
Directions:
- Start by beating your cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.
- Add in butter, vanilla, swerve, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and coconut oil.
- Mix until well blended.
- Press mixture firmly into candy molds.
- Place in freezer for one hour.
- Pop out of molds.
- Take melted chocolate and drizzle over fat bombs.
- Freeze again for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
These fat bombs melt at room temperature, so store them in the refrigerator.
