I am loving all things spring right now. Maybe it’s because I’m ready for winter to be OVER with and the first pop of green grass! If you’re planning on having Easter dinner at your house this year, or just looking for a few budget-friendly Easter decor ideas, then I have you covered.
Pastel colors are popular this year, especially for weddings, spring decor, and of course Easter! You can easily put together this same Pastel Easter Tablescape for under $25-$30 bucks by taking advantage of dollar bins at your local retail and craft stores.
Pastel Easter Tablescape
Supplies:
- 4 pastel bowls
- 1 pink & white stripped paper straws
- 1 bag of Easter straw
- 4 white plates (from home)
- 4 Easter Bunny napkin holders
- 4 Easter kitchen towels (these will also work great as cloth napkins)
- 4 pint-sized Pastel Berry Baskets
- 4 Kid’s Plastic Easter Bunny Sunglasses, 7″ (You can pick theses up at your local dollar store)
- 1 pack of Faux Speckled Pastel Eggs
- Light Blue Cake Stand (You can also use plain white, or any other pastel color)
- 1 pack of Easter paper plates
- 4 pink and silver metal tin baskets (to use as chargers)
- 1 white Easter Bunny topiary
- 1 pack of small styrofoam colored eggs
- 4 Glass w/ straw Milk Bottle Jugs
- white and purple chevron wrapping paper
- 1 clear vase for holding styrofoam eggs
- 1 pastel straw garland
Instructions:
1. Lay the white and purple chevron wrapping paper across the table. I have talked up my love of wrapping paper several times here on the blog, including the many ways you can use wrapping paper!
2. Add the silver and pastel tin metal pans to the table. Place a white plate inside of each tin. Once you have completed this, lay the colored pastel straw garland on the center of the table.
3. For each place setting, put a pastel color bowl on each white plate. Place a berry basket inside of each bowl. Add a few pieces of Easter straw, mini colored eggs, and a baby chick to each berry basket.
4. On the side of each bowl, add an Easter paper plate, and a pair of Easter Bunny sunglasses.
5. To the left of each tin pan, add an Easter Bunny kitchen towel and a bunny napkin holder.
6. Place a glass milk bottle jug next to each place setting. If you have other Easter candy or non-candy ideas, you can feel free to add them to the table.
7. Add your glass vase filled with styrofoam Easter eggs. Since I had extra space on the side, I added a brown straw basket, extra Easter straw, and a few other Easter knick-knacks.
And that’s it! It’s a super-duper easy tablescape that’s not only budget-friendly but something that all the kids will love this Easter!
