I can’t believe we are getting towards the end of the letter series here! There have been so many fun projects to do! If  you are on the hunt for some fun ways to teach the letter T, here are some awesome activities, crafts, recipes and more to help you create the perfect letter of the week lesson plan for the letter T.

Crafts:

This Tiger Hand print is so easy and since it’s kind of messy, what kid wouldn’t love to dig right in and do it?

This coloring page from TLS Books asks kids to color the items that begin with the letter T. It’s in PDF format.

If you are using dot stamper pages to help your child learn the letters, this Letter T printable from the Measured Mom is perfect. Create the letter T with a bingo marker or even stickers!

Activities:

Since T is for Traffic, why not play a good old fashioned game of “Red Light, Green Light” of you have more than one child?

Play a Taste Game. Cut up some fruits your child likes and blind fold them. Ask them to try each piece and tell you what it is.

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
